Brent is a dynamic executive leader, passionate about transforming the digital health landscape. He is dedicated to helping others and redefining how patients receive and interact with clinical healthcare. Brent thrives on problem-solving, fostering collaboration, and empowering his team to achieve impactful results.

With over 9 years of experience in operational leadership within high-growth, early-stage startups, Brent specializes in operations management, strategic planning and execution, process improvement, project management, and leadership. He is proficient in data analysis, generative AI, Google Analytics, and various other digital tools.

Brent holds a PhD in Kinesiology from the University of Connecticut, where he pursued health sciences at an early age. His career includes leading a team of over 100 clinicians at Sword Health, focusing on optimizing workflows, reducing operational costs, and enhancing clinical services. At Virta Health, he co-led the expansion of the health coaching division, developed foundational SOPs, and established early EMR systems, growing the coaching team from 5 to over 100 clinicians while refining recruitment and training protocols.
